- Is my food weighed out cooked or raw?
So all food is weighted out cooked (excluding oats) – e.g. cook your rice and weigh out to desire measurement on plan.
- Meal timings and structure
Meal times and structure can vary to suit lifestyle however, the POST WORKOUT meal must be placed post workout (due to using high gi carbs to replenish glycogen stores).
- When do I check in ?
All clients asked to complete 2 check ins – Fri/Sat & Wednesday
- When do I have my cheat meal?
So a cheat meal can typically be placed post the Friday/Saturday check in… unless stated otherwise.
- Do I track cheat meal calories
NO this is used as a free meal, mental refresher and reward for adherence.
- What happens if I miss a check in?
If a check in is missed and we know it will please prompt me as we may offer and alternative check in day.
- Where do I place cardio?
Unless stated fasted and lifestyle demands can support that cardio can be placed as and where unless stated otherwise.
